Welcome to LostInNotes. By accessing or using our service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the Service

LostInNotes is a personal note-taking application. You must not use this service for illegal or harmful purposes.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Content Ownership

All content (notes, data) you create remains yours. We do not claim ownership but reserve the right to store and back up the data securely on Google Cloud.

4. Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.

8. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment, provided that you have not made substantial use of premium features (such as AI-assisted tools or enhanced storage).

Once you begin using premium features included in the Flow or Insight plans, we incur real usage costs, and therefore refunds are generally not available after meaningful use has occurred. However, we are happy to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
